Increase despite financial criteria
The implementation of financial data, announced by UEFA as “Financial Fair Play”, came into force during the season 2012- 2013. The arrangement’s target was to maintain discipline in the financial structures. Thus, the clubs are not allowed to spend higher than their income and to suffer budget deficit. The club owners and managers too are not allowed to spend money from their pockets. The essential goal of the financial criteria is to stop to raise money from the non-football funds. Thus, an unbalanced and unfair competition is not allowed among the clubs.
