In total, 115,786 residences were sold in September of 2014 across Turkey. This figure implied a 13.2% increase in comparison to the corresponding month of the previous year. When the number of residences sold for the first time is considered, this figure also rose by 13.4% across Turkey, and a total number of 53,039 residences were sold for the first time. Further, secondhand sales grew by 13.1%.
