Following the cancellation of the tender which was held in by Privatization Administration, tender that predict Highway Law to be changed in order to ensure the incorporation which will be needed in the case of determination of ‘Initial Public Offering’ as the method for privatization of Highways and Bridges was submitted to Parliament on 28th November 2013. The proposal which contains 20 articles submitted to the Parliament by AKP, includes requirements such as transferring highways and facilities managements into a single company management, in order to sell the mentioned assets through an initial public offering.
