Based on the sectorial report - September by Association of Turkish Construction Material Producers (İMSAD), materials export increased by 3 percent, and materials import decreased by 11.5 percent in the first half. Monthly Sectorial Report - September 2014 issued by İMSAD states that a great increase was observed in Turkey’s construction materials export to Egypt, Iran and United Arab Emirates. According to the January-July 2014 data, construction materials export became USD 12.7 billion and construction materials import declined to USD 5.4 billion.
