Selim Akın told that the number of first hand houses sold in Ankara in the first 7 months of 2016 is totally 29 thousand 408 and that this rate is equal to 11.22 percent of the total rate of houses sold throughout the country. Selim Akın said “This situation shows us that from now on the people of Ankara want to live in living spaces where they will feel themselves special and that they will allocate their budgets to make this come true when they feel in this way.” Selim Akın told that they have sold 150 apartments since June which they have started the pre-sales of the project and provided a return at the rate of 37 percent for their customers.
