LOFTELIA RESTAURANT OPENS ITS DOORS IN BODRUM LOFT

LOFTELIA RESTAURANT,

located in Bodrum Loft, as Bodrum’s newest tourist resort opened its doors in July. Loftelia’s menu was inspired by the peaceful shade of olive and pine trees that accompanied the blue waters of the bay where it was found.

LoftElia Restaurant, where local tastes come to life with natural products in the daily changing menu from Yılmaz Öztürk, who simultaneously conducts the chef of Mürver Restaurant, which creates a regular audience in Karaköy, Istanbul, awaits its guests for an unforgettable dinner with its unique view.

Bodrum’s newest Tourism Resort, Bodrum Loft, which opened its doors at full occupancy on July 1, 2020, welcomes its guests, while LoftElia Restaurant, which has a location to serve the entire region within the resort village, brings together its rich menu with vacationers.

Holiday paradise Bodrum LoftElia Restaurant located in the region adjacent to Paradise Bay between Göltürkbükü and Torba takes its name from ‘olive’ that is the symbol of the region.

The head of LoftElia restaurant is Chef Yılmaz Öztürk, who also manages Mürver Restaurant, which has a distinguished audience with its unique tastes in Karaköy, Istanbul.

In the menu of LoftElia, where Yılmaz Öztürk combines local flavors with natural products in Aegean and Mediterranean cuisine, snack and shared starters accompany the tastes of meat, pasta and dessert from open fire and stone oven.

DAILY CHANGING MENU ACCORDING TO FRESH PRODUCTS

While the menu at LoftElia Restaurant features snacks and sharing options, the menu is continuously renewed daily according to the fresh producs obtained.

In the first menu of LoftElia, Artichoke & Bottarga, Sweet Potato, Sea Bass Marinated, Hummus & Dried Meat, Purslane Salad are served to guests.

As the main course of LoftElia, octopus grill, served with a roasted summer vegetables salad on open fire, pumpkin blossoms on wood fire, Sinarite & Pumpkin florets with fish bone sauce and roasted vegetables and veal marrow Antricote cooked over heavy fire are served to the guests at LoftElia.

Linguine pasta & Lobster slices with Truffle and Porcini Mushroom Risotto also accompany the meat options. The dessert options are Warm Chocolate Cake and Goat Milk Ice Cream.
