Bodrum Loft project carried out by Akfen Construction in Bodrum, the popular holiday paradise, was offered one of the leading design awards of the world. Bodrum Loft, designed by Tabanlıoğlu Architecture, won Leisure Led Development-Future Prize at the World Architecture Festival (WAF). Bodrum Loft, to be realized with an investment of 33,1 million euros, is planned to open in summer 2019.
BODRUM LOFT PROJECT,
constructed by Akfen Construction and designed by Tabanlıoğlu Architecture Office, won one of the top architectural prizes of the world. At the contest category of The World Architecture Festival (WAF) organized in Berlin, capital city of Germany, Bodrum Loft project competing against hundreds of projects completed or in the stage of design, was awarded in the category of Leisure Led Development-Future.
Bodrum Loft Project, carried out on a land of 57,000 sqm in the village of Gölköy, Bodrum, will include a hotel consisting of 86 rooms and 184 beds. The investment cost of the hotel will be 33,1 million euros and is planned to be completed in June 2019. The negotiations with the world famous brands are under way about the operation of the hotel.

Akfen Construction Chairman Selim Akın states that the prize offered to Bodrum Loft project at WAF proves the recent success of Bodrum, the popular holiday paradise winning recognition worldwide, has been certified.
Telling that they plan to operate Bodrum Loft built with an investment of 33,1 million euros in early summer 2019, “we are excited to realize a tourism facility like Bodrum Loft respecting the environment and worthy of Bodrum enhancing its popularity among the worldwide luxurious holiday resorts. Selim Akın adds that they shaped Bodrum Loft project by paying attention to the trees in the region thanks to the careful design of Tabanlıoğlu Architecture and therefore, they waived significantly of their zoning rights.
