Akfen Holding builds a 5-star holiday resort in Bodrum, a hot spot nowadays for the world famous hotel chains. Bodrum Loft, including 36 villas and a hotel with a capacity of 184 beds, will cost 33,1 million euros. Tabanlıoğlu Architecture is in charge of the concept design of the project foreseeing to open its doors on 30th June 2019.

THE INTEREST FOR TURKEY, prevailing with its history and nature in the world tourism, boosts the tourism investments continuing without losing momentum. Bodrum too, seducing both local and foreign tourists as a destination always having a special position among the holiday resorts in Turkey, takes its share from these investments.

In Bodrum, where the world famous leading hotels are rushing, Akfen Holding too is embarked on developing a project. Bodrum Loft Project, started to be constructed on a land allocated by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and 15 km away from the center of Bodrum, will be realized as a five-star holiday resort.

36 VILLAS AND A HOTEL WITH 184 BEDS

At the facility to be built on an area of 57 thousand sqm, there will be 36 villas consisting of 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 residences and the units are planned to be divided among them to build a hotel with 86 rooms and 184 beds, including 16 Suites, 32 Junior Suites and 48 Superior Rooms.

33,1 million euros will be invested to Tabanlıoğlu Architecture which is in charge of the concept design and architectural works of the project. The works related to the forest road improvement and mobilization are going on for the project having its building license granted by the Municipality of Bodrum on 30th September 2016 and the excavation and concrete production works are going on. The project is planned to be finished on 30th June 2019.
