This figure increased up to 61,614 in international flights, with a 5.3% growth. International and domestic flights together displayed an increase by 5.1% and aircraft traffic reached 129,193. The number of passengers preferring airway transport broke a record in the relevant period, and airports totally served a number of 16.9 million passengers with a 6.4% growth in comparison to the previous year. The number of domestic passengers grew by 6.6% and scored 7,627,085 within this framework. The number of international passengers, on the other hand, reached 9,208,999 with a 6.2% growth.
