Akfen Holding will use the income from the bond supply that it has issued in March for financing the projects that it is developing. Akfen has issued a TL 200 million bond with 3 years deferred interest payment in 6 months maturity segments. The bond that have been sold through the public offering executed by Garanti Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş.(Corp.), 81.89 percent of the bonds have been bought by corporate customers while 18.11 percent have been bought by private investors. The interest of the bond that has been issued on March 26 2014 is determined to be + 3.5 percent together with the bond interest. According to the additional income ratio the bond have been determined to be 14.5614 % for the first coupon payment period with 15.0930 % annual compound interest rate and a sale price of TL 100 for 100 nominals.
