Akfen Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), the one and only real estate investment trust that focuses on urban hotel concept in Turkey, signed a loan agreement with Credit Europe Bank N.V. for refinancing of all current loans and for the use in the on-going projects. The company will use a two-year non-refundable loan of Euro 116 million with 10-year maturity within the scope of the aforementioned loan agreement.
