Tourism income that is disclosed by the Turkish Statistics Institute (TUIK) has increased by 11 percent compared tol ast year and reached USD 32.3 billion. The number of visitors to Turkey in 2013 has increased by 8 percent compared to the same period of the previous year and reached 39.2 million people. The average spending of the visitors per person is around USD 824.
